Assistant Product Development Creator

Department : Product Development

Job Description

Coordinate with the Designers team to produce new products to present to management.
Collaborate with the business development, Project event construction tam, and marketing team to create and deliver product.
Coordinate and deliver the necessary documentation and packages for conceptual idea, schematic design, design development, tender, construction, EIA building permits, and shop drawings.
Arrange additional documents needed such as concerning schedules, quality control, budgets, sales & marketing packages, contract administration, payments control & process, etc.
Prepare project development, consultant team targets, timelines, and preliminary programs.
Create the main concepts of the projects, special features, new products & technology, singular elements, design mood & tone, etc.
Manage project progress and set targets, deliverables, and requirements.
Work with project team, internal departments, external consultants, professionals, and suppliers to complete all project functions from initial concept to construction.
Research on real-estate market and global trend.
Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

Female or Male / 30–35-year-old
Master's Degree in Design, Interior, Architecture from aboard
At least 5 years of experience in real estate project development, product development or design oriented
Direct experience in residential, luxury condominium
Prior exposure to writing/reading user stories/specifications and execution of creative thinking skills, space planning, interior design, prop design, lifestyle creator and architecture
Able to communicate in English speaking, listening, writing and presentation
Able to use MSOffice, Excel, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Photo Shop, Free hand sketch, Sketch Up or other Rendering programs

Assistant Project Coordinator Manager

Department : Project Development

Job Description

Strong knowledge to develop the project.
Direct experience in coordinating and delivering the necessary documentation, construction, EIA, and building permit.
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
Establish a good working relationship with team members and others.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
Ability to work under pressure and good at solving problems.
Ability to meet with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
Able to work proactively and active personality

Qualifications

Male 28–35-year-old.
Bachelors or master’s degrees in Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum five years of experience in real estate project development or related position.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the construction field.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Significant working knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD.
Ability to work independently, within a team, and in a diverse workforce.
Ability to work under pressure and good at solving problems.
Decision-making ability and leadership skills.
Ability to work on-site observation.
Ability to work from Monday to Saturday.

Resident Manager

Department : Property Management

Job Description

Provide support and solutions to accommodating residents, also open to co-owners and residents’ opinions for possible improvement in residency
Maintain property assets to be always in normal and ready-to-use conditions
Monitor daily operation of property management
Report maintenance schedule and guarantee contracts of each system according to the agreement and all related documents
Supervise and ensure operation of contract suppliers or company to operate accordingly to work plan
Restrict residents and co-owner to comply with property rules and regulations
Oversee provided services to residents to be in the standard level and offer the best experience to residents
Keep track of annual common fee payments from residents along with accuracy and transparency
Assist to prepare proposals, contracts, and agendas for general meetings continuously to implementation according to the meeting’s decision
Maintain, control, and consolidate the annual budget of the property along with working with staff for future improvement
Schedule plans and events in compliance with regulations and laws such as the annual fire drill and other festivals
Review and recheck monthly reports and other reports such as movement agreements, repairs, maintenance etc.
Develop and supervise subordinates, suppliers, and contract company regularly to maintain standard and efficiency
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

Male-Female, 35-40 years old
Graduated bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field of study
3-5 years of solid experience in luxury property management or related fields
Working 6 days a week
Proficiency in English level with a minimum of IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 60
Acknowledge about Condominium Act, residential rules, and regulations
Comprehensible with computer programs such as electronic communication, writing reports, etc
Able to perform leadership, honesty, customer-oriented, and team-working in the workplace
Capable of working with a positive personality, service-minded, cooperation skills, and coping with emergency situations
Experienced in hospitality services or luxury residential projects is preferable
