Giving our SCOPE community a chance to learn more about gut health through a fun-filled active day hosted in conjunction with our partners, Physique 57 and Baan Biome. ⁣ ⁣ SCOPE Promsri residents joined us in the gym to hear from the experts what they can do to strengthen their gut health. Bangkokian's favourite barre studio Physique 57 led a core class exercise and Baan Biome brought their beloved kombucha for our residents to sip and refresh. ⁣ ⁣ Thank you to all involved — from our partners to our residents and their guests — for making it another memorable event.
